Booking, Payment & Refund Policy
At Deanna Byrne Coaching, we value your time, energy, and commitment. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies apply to bookings, payments, and cancellations:
Booking & Payment

Payment at Booking: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking through the Jane App.

Programs & Payment Plans: 12-week programs may include an agreed-upon payment plan, arranged directly between the client and Deanna Byrne Coaching. These agreements are customized and confirmed in writing.

Accepted Payments: All major credit cards are accepted through the Jane App. If you do not have a credit card, e-transfer payments can be made directly to Deanna Byrne Coaching.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Period: Bookings require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations must be confirmed by the clinic.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be billed and is non-refundable.

Credit Option: If you are unable to attend an appointment, your payment may be credited toward another session at an agreed-upon time with the coach.

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can arise. These situations will be considered individually and handled with care and fairness.
Appointment Etiquette

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in and prepare.

Late Arrivals: Out of respect for all clients, sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. This ensures the next client’s appointment can begin on time.

Reserved Time: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Consistency and respect for time allows us to provide the best experience for everyone.
Refunds

Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Prepaid packages and programs are non-refundable once begun. Credits may be applied at the coach’s discretion in certain circumstances.

Bookings are non refundable once booked.
Digital Products, Courses & Resources

All digital products, courses, audio recordings, and books purchased through Deanna Byrne Coaching are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Because these items are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to content, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered. We encourage clients to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions prior to completing a transaction.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@DeannaByrne.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
PocketCoach App Refund Policy
The PocketCoach App, launching January 2026, will be available for download and purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

All purchases, subscriptions, or in-app payments made through these platforms are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores. Deanna Byrne Coaching does not process or issue refunds directly for app-related transactions.
