We focus on calming the nervous system, understanding what anticipatory grief is doing to your body and emotions, and creating clarity around how to support yourself while life is still unfolding.
This session is ideal if you are supporting a loved one through illness or decline, feeling emotionally exhausted, or struggling to stay grounded while holding what may come.
