My Story with Self-Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis isn’t just something I teach,  it’s something I have lived.

There were seasons in my life where grief sat heavy in my body, anxiety showed up without warning, and sleep felt impossible. After losing my husband suddenly, my nervous system was overwhelmed in ways I had never experienced before. I needed tools that didn’t just talk to my mind, they had to speak to my body and my subconscious.

That’s when I turned deeply inward and began creating my own self-hypnosis recordings.

I wrote and recorded scripts to help myself through grief when the world felt too loud. I used self-hypnosis to calm anxiety, to quiet the constant mental noise, and to finally rest at night when sleep wouldn’t come. I used it to quit vaping, to release sugar cravings that were tied to stress, and to gently reprogram habits that no longer served me.

And it worked, not overnight, but consistently, compassionately, and safely.

Over time, I began creating recordings for clients. Each one was personalized, intentional, and professionally mastered. What started as personal healing evolved into a body of work that now includes over 200 custom self-hypnosis recordings created for individuals navigating real life: grief, stress, habits, insomnia, confidence, and change.

I believe self-hypnosis works because it meets us where we are. It doesn’t force change. It invites it.

These recordings are not about fixing you they are about supporting you as you gently return to yourself.

My heartbreak became my teacher. My nervous system became my compass. And my healing became the map I now place in the hands of every woman who walks beside me. You do not have to walk this path alone.
