This women’s circle offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space to process life’s changes, connect with others who understand, and rise into clarity, strength, and resilience.

Weekly Structure

Grounding & Breathwork (15 min) – Calm the nervous system and set the tone.

Theme & Teaching (20–25 min) – Explore a weekly focus on grief, resilience, or renewal.

Circle Sharing (45–60 min) – A safe space where each woman is heard and witnessed.

Somatic/Sound Healing Integration (20–25 min) – Release and restore through body-based and sound practices.

Closing Reflection (10–15 min) – Set intentions and carry practices into daily life.
What You Can Expect Each Week

Opening Practice – grounding through breathwork, tapping, or somatic tools.

Theme & Teaching – focused on resilience, identity renewal, boundaries, confidence, or navigating change.

Group Sharing – a safe space for every woman to be heard and supported.

Integration – hypnosis, visualization, or guided meditation to embody the week’s theme.

Take-Home Reflections – journaling prompts, practices, or worksheets to continue growth between sessions.
Integrated Approaches
Midlife transitions touch every layer of who we are: body, mind, and spirit. That’s why the R.I.S.E. Women’s Circle blends diverse, trauma-informed practices that create space for growth, healing, and renewal.
Within our two-hour sessions, you may experience:

Breathwork – to calm the nervous system, ground your body, and release stress.

Somatic Practices – reconnecting with your body to gently process stored tension and emotion.

EFT (Tapping) – shifting emotional patterns and soothing overwhelm.

Guided Meditation & Hypnosis – creating new subconscious pathways for resilience and confidence.

Sound Healing – harmonizing body and mind through vibration and frequency.

Coaching Tools – structured exercises, reframes, and strategies for navigating transitions with clarity.
Alongside live sessions, participants receive exclusive access to the Coaching Tools Library, which includes:

This integrative approach ensures each circle is both reflective and practical: offering tools you can carry into everyday life, while also providing ongoing resources for deeper transformation beyond the circle.
