  1. No Scents Environment: To ensure the comfort of all participants, please refrain from wearing any scented products to the class.

  2. Cell Phone Free Zone: To maintain the tranquility of our space, please turn off the sound on your phone upon entering. Silent or vibrate mode is preferred.

  3. Hydration: Participants are encouraged to bring water to drink during the session.

  4. Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable clothes that you won't mind getting paint on. Remember, creativity can be messy!

  5. Silent Space: Our space is a silent one, designed to reflect the creative and meditative nature of the session. We kindly ask you to respect this atmosphere and maintain quiet during the class.

  6. Timely Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early. We adhere to a strict "closed door policy" - once the door is closed and the class has begun, there will be no further entry permitted.

Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds: Once a seat is confirmed and paid for, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds as your space is reserved and held for you.

  • Class Transfer: In the event that you need to cancel, you may transfer your fee to another class within a 3-month period. This is only provided if you cancel 72 hours or longer prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 72-Hour Notice: To reschedule your seat to another class, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required. This allows us to potentially fill the space from our waitlist. In the event of a cancellation within the 72-hour window, if we are unable to fill your seat, the fee becomes non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the individual situation.

  • No Shows: Participants who do not show up for the class without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or transfers to another class.

Participant Removal:

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from the class who is disruptive, unruly, or disrespectful to other participants. This is a serene and respectful environment, and we aim to maintain that atmosphere for all. In such cases, the participant will not be eligible for a refund.
