Do I need to know how to do breathwork or tapping before?
Not at all. Each practice is guided, simple, and tailored to your comfort level.

Is this therapy?
No. This is trauma-informed coaching. While we use therapeutic tools like somatic practices and hypnotherapy, the focus is on moving forward, building resilience, and creating practical strategies for growth.

How often should I come?
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended for best results, but your plan is always personalized.
